Paraje natural de la Playa de los Lances

This is the wall before we started...

The first coat of white paint wasn't very exciting..so we jump straight to the finishing touches..Diana makes sure that everyone acknowledges the painters of the mural while Nelis laughs as he thinks "Come on, everyone will recognize my style.."

The volunteers make sure they will have shade under the dazzling sun..so they use Diana and Peter's very effective orange parasol, which as you can see, is providing Lourdes with a delightful 4 cm of shade..

Diana cleverly looks for shade under the scaffolding and watches Thomas, Lourdes and Roberta painting the letters. She's obviously not afraid of the shaky wooden board and having black paint dribbled all over her.

Diana is inseparable from the logo

The last bird! Nelis makes sure Thomas and Roberta don't mess up his bird while Lourdes thinks of how much time is left before she can go to the beach.

back

A naked Thomas washes his hands in black water...

....before smearing them in beautiful bright-coloured paint to finish off this masterpiece by leaving their hand prints on the wall. and voilà! the wall was done in two days flat
